La Progettazione di Dettaglio ha come obiettivo, partendo dagli “User Requirements” forniti dal cliente, la definizione delle caratteristiche funzionali, architettoniche e costruttive dei nuovi edifici, il dimensionamento degli impianti, la valutazione dell’entità e della tipologia degli interventi civili ed impiantistici previsti.

Le attività comprendono, nello specifico:

  • Sopralluoghi presso la sede del cliente per la presa visione degli spazi disponibili e delle caratteristiche dell’edificio e delle utilities presenti;
  • Raccolta dei dati e documentazione relativa alle aree interessate dall’intervento ed alle utilities;
  • Recepimento delle caratteristiche dei nuovi uffici (“User Requirements”) che saranno comunicate dai tecnici del cliente;
  • Individuazione degli spazi tecnici necessari e verifica dei lay-out per la nuova cabina di trasformazione MT/BT
  • Presentazione al cliente del progetto sviluppato;
  • Utilities design
  • Pianificazione integrata delle attività
  • Controllo dei cambiamenti in fase esecutiva (CAD e controllo Documentazione);
  • Sviluppo di SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

PROJECT ENGINEERING IN THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIAL FIELD

In the industrial electrical field, one of the main activities is project engineering dedicated to:
– Design of industrial electrical systems, according to Law DM37/08, performed by a technician qualified in the Professional Register;
– Design of industrial switchboards;
– Design of fire-prevention systems;
– Classification of places with danger of explosion according to the Standards:
— CEI 31.30 “Electrical constructions for explosive atmospheres due to the presence of gas”
— CEI 31.35 “Guide to the application of the CEI 31.30 standard”
— CEI 31.66 “Electrical constructions for explosive atmospheres due to the presence of combustible dust”
– Periodic and extraordinary initial checks of user electrical systems with nominal voltage not exceeding 1000 Vac and 1500 Vdc, according to the CEI 64-8/6 standard and the CEI 64-14 guide, with:
— Examination of documentation
— Visual inspection
— Instrumental tests:
Continuity of ground , protection and equipotential conductors;
Ground resistance measurement;
Operation of differential current protection devices;
Fault Loop Impedance measurement;
Short circuit current measurement;
Measurement of touch and step voltages for MV faults;
Illuminance measurement.
– Periodic and extraordinary initial checks of the protection systems against atmospheric discharges according to the CEI 81-10 guide, with:
— Examination of documentation
— Visual inspection
— Instrumental tests:
Of soil resistivity;
ground resistivity of the disperser;
Electrical continuity of equipotential connections;
– Periodic and extraordinary initial checks of the electrical systems in places with danger of explosion due to the presence of gas (other than mines) according to the CEI 31.34 standard and CEI 31.68 standard due to the presence of dust, with:
— Examination of documentation;
— Visual examination – close up – detailed with possible instrumental tests;
— Periodic control and calibration of instrumental and electro-instrumental systems.
